These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the DAJU software service (the “Service”) provided by ZIF Labs LLC (“ZIF Labs,” “we,” “us”) under the DAJU trade name at dajuspecs.com and related subdomains. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DAJU is a cloud-based business-to-business (B2B) platform that helps software teams turn requirements into QA-related artifacts (such as summaries, test cases, test data, test plans, and automation scaffolds). Features, plans, and limits may change over time. We may add or remove functionality, including usage-based or pay-as-you-go pricing in the future, as described on our website or in your account.

2. Website, blog, and advertising

We maintain a public blog at dajuspecs.com/blog with articles about QA, software quality, and related topics. Blog content is for general information only; it is not professional advice and is separate from your paid workspace. You may subscribe to email updates from the blog without creating a DAJU account.

We may display third-party advertisements on blog pages. Ads are provided by advertisers and ad networks, not by ZIF Labs as recommendations. We are not responsible for the content of ads or linked sites. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser, subject to their terms and privacy policies. Advertising on the blog does not change your subscription terms for the Service.

3. Accounts and organizations

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
  • Organization administrators control membership, billing, and certain integrations (including BYOK LLM settings).
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring your use complies with these Terms and applicable law.
  • The Service is intended for business and professional use, not for consumers under 16 years of age.

4. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of requirements, documents, and other materials you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant ZIF Labs a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including sending content to LLM providers you configure (BYOK) or that your organization enables.

The Service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by ZIF Labs or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

  • Violating law or third-party rights;
  • Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access;
  • Reverse engineering the Service except where permitted by law;
  • Reselling or sublicensing the Service without our written consent;
  • Using the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

6. Fees, billing, and payment

Paid plans, trials, and future usage-based charges are described on our website or in your workspace. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge applicable fees. Taxes may apply. Plan limits (seats, AI/QA runs, test-case limits, etc.) are enforced per organization as shown in the product.

7. Cancellation policy

Subscriptions. You may cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe customer portal (“Manage billing”) in your organization account, or by contacting hello@dajuspecs.com. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. After cancellation, you may lose access to paid features when the period ends.

Trials. Free or promotional trials may convert to paid plans if you add a payment method or subscribe as described in the product. Trial length and limits are shown at sign-up.

Account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service. You may request organization deletion by contacting us; some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Refund and dispute policy

Digital services only. DAJU is a software subscription service delivered online. We do not ship physical goods.

Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, fees are generally non-refundable, including partial billing periods and unused time after cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@dajuspecs.com within 14 days of the charge with your organization name and invoice details. We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.

Payment disputes and chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may provide Stripe and the payment network with evidence of your subscription and use of the Service. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue before filing a chargeback.

9. Return policy (physical goods)

Not applicable. ZIF Labs does not sell physical products through DAJU. There are no returns or shipments of goods.

10. Promotions and special offers

From time to time we may offer trials, discounts, credits, or other promotions. Additional terms may be presented at sign-up or checkout. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value;
  • We may modify or end a promotion at any time;
  • Only one promotion per organization may apply where restricted;
  • After a promotion ends, standard pricing and these Terms apply.

11. Legal and export restrictions

The Service is offered from the United States. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. embargoes or sanctions, or if you are a denied or restricted party under U.S. export laws. You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIF LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI AND AUTOMATION OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ARTIFACTS BEFORE RELYING ON THEM IN PRODUCTION OR COMPLIANCE CONTEXTS.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIF LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

14. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify ZIF Labs against claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ZIF Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not subject to mandatory arbitration (if we adopt arbitration in the future, we will update these Terms).

16. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified through the Service or by email.
